What do you need from me on day one?
Read-only logins to your accounting tool, your CRM, and your store. Then forty-five minutes on the phone while you tell us the five numbers you check by gut, and the one you’ve stopped trusting.
That second one is where we usually start digging.

How long does a Setup take?
Plan on two to three weeks from first login to the walkthrough, depending on how tidy the books are.

What happens when the project’s done?
Everything lives in accounts you own, and the glossary explains every metric in plain words. You can keep us on for a quarterly refresh, or never call again.

Do you touch my books?
No. Our access is read-only. We never post an entry, and your bookkeeper stays your bookkeeper. If we spot something odd, we hand it to them with the line number.

Why a fixed fee?
An hourly meter makes you think twice before asking a question. We’d rather you ask the dumb one on Tuesday than discover the answer in March.

We’re tiny. Is this overkill?
If you rebuild the same spreadsheet on the third of every month, it’s the opposite of overkill.
Most of our clients are a handful of people with one shop, one service, or one very busy calendar.
